Chris was a former support center manager for the RDBMS (Admin, Parallel Sever and Replication) and Unix (Install) support teams. Chris has been a past presenter at OpenWorld, Collaborate, IOUG, OAUG, OHUG, HEUG, HIUG and dozens of regional and local user groups.
