To receive the early bird conference rate, you MUST stay at one of the conference hotels and book through the conference reservation system. If you do not stay at one of the hotels listed below, your conference registration rate will be the prevailing rate depending on when you register (during early bird, the prevailing rate is the regular registration rate).

Crowne Plaza Denver City Center
Conference Rate: $168 plus tax, per night

TRANSPORTATION

The Denver airport is located about 25 miles from the Colorado Convention Center. There are numerous ground transportation options available at Denver International Airport. The Ground Transportation Information Counter is located in the central area on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal. Counter hours are 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. Visit Fly Denver for more information.

Public Transportation: A dedicated public bus service is scheduled and provided by the Regional Transportation District (RTD). The airport buss will drop you at the 16th Street Mall where you can jump on the free 16th Street Mall bus to get within a block of most of the Alliance hotels. The RTD option costs approximately $10 each-way.

RTD SkyRide bus route AF: $10 per person each way, children 15 and under free. See the SkyRide web page schedule for bus route AF (DIA/Downtown Denver) for details and departure/arrival times. Note the trip takes about 55 minutes.
Note that going from DIA to downtown, you will be on the westbound bus, and going from downtown to DIA, you will be on the eastbound bus).
Tickets and information are available at the RTD counter in the ground transportation information area of the DIA arrival hall. You can buy a discounted roundtrip ticket there, or pay exact change in cash upon boarding the bus.
If you take SkyRide bus route AF from DIA to downtown, get off the bus at the Market Street bus station (downtown Denver), then transfer right outside the station (go up the stairs/escalator) to the free 16th St. Mall Ride shuttle.
Exit the shuttle at the California St. or Welton St. stop and walk one block to the Hyatt Regency hotel.

Taxi: Taxis are available at DIA and provide passenger transport service within the eight counties that make up the Denver metro area. A cab ride to the downtown Denver area will cost approximately $55.

Commuter Shuttles: Commuter shuttles, also known as shared ride services, operate regularly from DIA.

SuperShuttle: is offering a special rate of $19.00 one way per person or $32 round-trip per person to Alliance Conference Attendees. Book online or call 1-800-BLUEVAN and use code: H3ZC3.

Booking/Arrival Information: Guests should proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter in the main terminal upon arrival at DIA, level 5 (same as baggage claim), check in and receive their tickets and will be directed to the van loading area. Shuttles depart on schedule going to the Downtown Hotels every 15 minutes from 5:00 am – 5:15 pm daily and then as-needed for the rest of the day.
