The Alliance 2011 conference is an annual event that provides Oracle Alliance Partners and other vendors with public sector ties a terrific opportunity to interact with more than 3000 individuals from Higher Education Institutions and Federal, State & Local Government agencies. Vendors can participate in the conference in several ways; as session co-presenters, as an exhibitor in the exhibit area, in exhibitor sponsored presentations and as a conference sponsor. Exhibit area booths and sponsorship opportunities sell out quickly, so don't delay, make your plans now to be part of Alliance 2011.

CONFERENCE SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS

Our conference Sponsors and Exhibitors play a vital role in helping us keep registration fees low and in enhancing the overall conference experience. More importantly, every participating exhibitor provides our attendees with the unique opportunity to learn more about the many complementary products and services available for their Oracle implementations, and to do so all in one location. Alliance 2011 provides attendees with a unique opportunity to meet with over 80 corporations offering products and services that are geared to the specific needs of Oracle implementations in Higher Education.

Sunday  March 27, 2011   6:45pm-9:30pm (Opening Reception in Exhibit Hall)
Monday  March 28, 2011   9:00am -3:30pm (1:45-3:15 Dedicated time for attendees to attend exhibit hall)
Tuesday March 29, 2011   9:00am - 3:15pm (10:30-noon Dedicated time for attendees to attend exhibit hall)

Important Dates - A list of all the major dates relating to the conference can be found here.

Exhibitor Kit - Exhibitor Kit will be available in early 2011.

Vendor Track Presentations - Vendors have the ability to purchase a 60 min. vendor track presentation. Historically, attendance at these sessions have been much higher the earlier they are submitted. The opening of registration is the deadline for submission of a vendor track session, please remember that attendees will first register and then be allowed to select sessions they wish to attend. It may be prudent for you to have your submissions as soon as possible so that attendees can select your session as one they wish to attend. Presentations should be sent to exhibitors@heug.org for the Alliance 2011 Conference.

Vendor Events - Vendors are encouraged to set-up events for customers after the end of sessions on Monday night. To see what available space in the convention center or conference hotels for your event, please fill out the ICW form.
